What it visualizes
Section titled “What it visualizes”Every step from the spark of an idea to the finished video showing up everywhere it needs to. Three phases:
- Pre-production — idea, record, edit.
- On YouTube — upload as unlisted, captions, transcript, title, description, chapters, tags, pinned comment, thumbnail, studio setup, go public.
- The Marketing Show — article on the site, propagate the links, build and deploy, distribute everywhere.
How to use this
Section titled “How to use this”When a video is in flight, the diagram is the punch list. Each card is a discrete step with a name, a one-line description, and the order it falls in. The dotted line down the middle is the timeline — nothing skips ahead, nothing gets lost between steps.
The authoritative written SOP lives in tms-ops/docs/video-pipeline.md. The diagram is the visual companion — same flow, easier to scan.
