Take your first pass through this transcript. Remove filler words (including “you know”), retakes, long pauses, false starts (e.g. “ex execution” where a word is started and restarted), stammered repetitions (e.g. “is it, is it, uh, is it” — keep only the final complete version), and awkward sentences. Remove filler “like” (e.g. “I was like, like, you know”) but keep comparative “like” (e.g. “this is like an apple”). Strike through everything you remove so I can see what you have done. Copy the result to a new composition.
